Embark on a fascinating journey through the vast tropical rainforest and discover the natural, cultural, and ancestral wealth of the indigenous communities that still inhabit and preserve this territory.

📍 Departure:

7:30 a.m. – From your accommodation in Santa Marta, Tayrona Park, Guachaca, Buritaca, or Palomino.

🚙 4×4 Transfer

From Calabazo, we begin a 20-minute 4×4 ride to the Kogui indigenous village of Tayku.

🧑‍🦱 Cultural Encounter

A local guide will lead us through the village, where you will learn about:

• Traditional homes
• Typical clothing
• Ceremonial houses
• Ancestral customs and traditions

✨ You’ll also meet the Mamo, the community’s spiritual leader, who will share his views on nature and the indigenous way of life.

🏖️ Lunch and Beach Time

We’ll then head to Mendihuaca Beach, where you’ll enjoy:

⛱️ Free time to relax on the beach or swim in the river
🌿 Option to explore the surroundings or simply unwind in the sun
