Itinerary
🕕 7:00 a.m. – Departure from Santa Marta, Guachaca, Buritacá, or Palomino
We begin the day with transportation from your accommodation in Santa Marta, Rodadero, or Taganga in a comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle heading toward Tayrona Park.
🥾 8:30 a.m. – Hike and Nature Connection
We’ll start a guided hike of approximately 2 hours through the lush tropical forest. Along the trail, we’ll explore:
- Playa Cañaveral
- Arrecife
- Arenilla
- La Piscina
You’ll observe the park’s unique flora and fauna while learning about the worldview and legacy of the indigenous peoples who once inhabited the region.
🌊 12:00 p.m. – Free Time at Cabo San Juan
We’ll arrive at Cabo San Juan del Guía, one of the park’s most iconic beaches. Here you can:
- Enjoy a delicious traditional lunch (not included unless specified in your plan)
- Swim in crystal-clear waters
- Relax under palm trees or hike to the Cabo viewpoint.
🌅 3:00 p.m. – Return Hike and Transfer Back to Hotel
We begin the hike back through the peaceful forest, returning to the park entrance. Afterward, transportation will be provided back to your hotel.
